My name is Thomas Deville. I have co-founded WorksElement (www.workselement.ae) a digital platform facilitating and securing transactions between home owners, tenants and contractors, ie construction, renovation, interior design, landscaping, facility management and maintenance companies.
It started with the following assessment: There are so many contractors, renovation companies, handymen, it can be hard for home owners to find their way around and know who to trust. At the same time, after 15 years in the construction industry, I am well aware how difficult it is for a contractor to stand out from the crowd, identify serious leads, and get paid in full and in due time 😥
WorksElement was born.
We aim to promote high construction standards, support dedicated and thorough contractors in the UAE, while making home owners’ life easier when it comes to renovation or maintenance works.
