1. Your MLM Lead Must Have a Great Attitude
There are many facets to this single word “Attitude”. You might be familiar with people who do things for the sake of doing or least bothered about things going around them.
Make sure that you do not welcome this kind of people into your business. If you have a MLM lead with bad attitudes in your business, what will be the feeling of his prospects when he tries to recruit someone else?
Your network marketing leads should be excited to do the multi-level marketing business and must have the confidence to make a difference in their field. Additionally, network marketing leads who are happy and motivating, will excel and attract other prospects towards them.
2. Get Friendly and Charming Network Marketing Leads
This is very obvious. Your multi-level marketing lead should be people-oriented as this is a people business. A good multi-level marketing lead should have the ability to build and maintain relationships.
If you get a network marketing lead, who could not do well with people, then it will have the same effect of recruiting a dumb person to be a radio jockey. Nothing will happen.

You need not be confused with this point. It doesn’t mean that he has to be a regional manager or Vice President. I have seen many leaders without any leadership qualities, still continuing as a leader. Also, I have worked with many multi-level marketing leads who are real leaders.
Leadership is about making decision and taking action. It’s all about taking responsibility for yourself, your situations and your future. If you find an MLM lead with these attitudes, then it is guaranteed that he can be a good leader.
To be a leader, a person has to be keen to grow above his status and to learn new skills that are impossible for many others.
You can work with your leads. Win MLM leads who can be good leaders if they get proper training. But, never recruit prospects that can’t excel even if they are trained.
5. Your Network Marketing Lead should be Goal-Oriented
You marketing lead should be goal-oriented. You can find a goal-oriented person just by asking some simple questions like “Where do you see yourself in another 10 years?” Or “What is your plan for next 5 years?”
A goal-oriented person will have a very clear answer to these types of questions. The person will also explain you step-by-step action plan immediately.
If he is not a goal-oriented person, then his immediate answer would be “I haven’t thought about it”. The best advice I give to these types of people is leave the place. You can’t earn money without being ambitious or goal-oriented. Most of these types of leads even discourage you in your way to success. This business is not suitable for them.
